Jollof Spaghetti is a beloved West African dish known for its vibrant flavors and rich, red color, typically derived from tomatoes and peppers. By incorporating Maggi Soya Chunks, you can add a nutritious, protein-rich twist to this classic dish, making it even more satisfying and delicious.
Ingredients
● Spaghetti 600g
● Tomatoes (blended) 5 large
● Tatashe 2 large (roughly chopped)
● Rodo 3pieces
● Tomato paste 1 tbsp
● 1 cooking spoon of veg. Oil
● Onions 1 medium
● Ginger n garlic 1 tbsp
● Soya chops 100g
● 2 cubes Maggi chicken
● 1 Signature jollof
● Thyme half tsp
● Curry half tsp
Direction
Heat up the pot, add oil in the pot. Add the onions, ginger and garlic,
Add the thyme, curry and 2 maggi star cubes
Add the tomato paste, stir-fry, add the fresh blended tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes
Add the roughly chopped tatashe and rodo.
When they’ve properly fried add water and allow to boil.
Once boiled, add the spaghetti, cook for 5 minutes, then add the soya chunks and allow to cook together with the spaghetti for 10 minutes. Finish off with some bell peppers
